Experienced a transmission problem literally on the last day of warranty coverage. Called Ford Warranty and they said it HAS to go to a dealership today and have a work order started today to be covered. I called the closest dealership, said they don't have a transmission tech and turned down the work. Called next closest dealership, said they are setting appointments 4 months out and that I can't take it to them today to start a work order, I'd have to make the appointment and wait 4 months (which would be past warranty). Finally called Pat Miliken and explained the situation. I was told to get down there before they close and they'd handle the rest. Pulled in one hour before they closed, the wrote up the paperwork and told me that it might take a couple of weeks before they could look at it BUT I technically had it in service and if the issue was covered under warranty, I'd be covered. Such a stressful day until I contacted Pat Miliken Ford. I wish I could remember the employees names, might have been Julie and Juliet.. I don't remember but I am so thankful that they were willing to help.

This was the only dealership that had the edge titanium. Robb Robert’s really made a professional effort to get the Ford vehicle i wanted to purchase.
