If you're not giving David Ventura level service, then you're missing the mark. David IS the standard. I'm on a 20,000 mile loop roadtrip in my Mercedes Van down from Alaska and started having issues with my Brakes. I stopped in with no appointment, told them my situation, and they immediately got me in. From the second I arrived, I was immediately greeted with kindness, attention and urgency from David Ventura. We sat down, ran through my issues while David asked important follow up questions and took detailed notes. During the inspection, David came to the waiting area and gave me multiple updates, time estimates, and ensured i was comfortable and in the loop. He brought the mechanic in to directly talk to me about what they were seeing. Upon wrapping things up, I came out to find my Van not only fixed, but freshly washed and parked directly outside the front door for me. I felt like Royalty for the first time in my life. (dirty van guy from Alaska) I left feeling important, heard, appreciated, and most importantly, they made me feel like a friend. The dreaded aura of service appointments was nowhere to be found in my mind. It was the best 5 star service experience i've ever had. Thank You, David Ventura. The best experience purchasing a vehicle. Lapis is the new owner of Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona and the customer service is definitely their priority. We described our needs and we first test drove a 2026 GLE 450 with Kyle Cramer, sales consultant . When we came back to the Dealership. Andy Davis, the Pre-Owned Manager, personally met my wife and I asked if he could assist us in the purchase of a used car. (We had spoken on the phone earlier in the morning.) We explained what we were looking for and he informed us he had some used vehicles that would meet our expectations. We test drove the vehicles he recommended and were very impressed with of one the vehicles and decided on purchasing it. Lane Jackson, the Finance Manager, and Anna Litovskaya, General Manager, went “beyond the call of duty” to acquire a better interest rate than what I was approved for from my bank. David Ventura from service was great and answered my questions regarding settings on my vehicle. Excellent customer service! We were treated with respect and there was not any pressure sales like we have usually experienced when purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership! They have earned a lifelong customer because their genuine interest in providing the best experience and customer service when purchasing a new car.

Maricella, in the parts dept. is an amazing person! She knows her way around parts, & she provided me with excellent service, compassion & knowledge. She went above and beyond the call of duty. Everyday Maricella would either call or text me with the status of my back ordered part. She messaged the part technician & stayed on top of it, until the part arrived, which was very fast. Maricella is as sweet as they come. She’s a delightful person, who brings 16 years experience to this dealership. They are lucky & blessed to have Maricella onboard! Connor, the service advisor is also awesome! He arranged to have my vehicle repaired the very next day! He was very kind & knowledgeable. Connor had to talk to his foreman & the tech to make it possible that my vehicle was serviced so rapidly. He treated us with the utmost kindness, courtesy & professionalism. I highly & enthusiastically recommend Mercedes Benz of Northern Arizona!
