Stand was friendly and I appreciated the time estimate provided for my services. The way recommended services was done did not feel as clear but I do like that they planned to call a week later to discuss scheduling
I was there to get a key calibrated to my car. I was told it would take 30 min- 1 hour and I was there for 2 hours and 15 min which felt ridiculous.
