We had amazing customer service again with the service department!!! We were running late due to an accident the day of our service... so I informed them & the girl who took my call was very friendly & told us it was ok & that she would let our service advisor Sean know! He was very understanding! We were able to keep our appointment even though we're were an hour & a half late!😩 They had a seating area if we wanted to wait or they offered us shuttle services. It took a bit longer than they expected but it was ok since we arrived late! We didn't mind waiting 😉 They got our service done, checked all the things that we had concerns about & did our safety check too! James...the service department manager was amazing & kept us informed on our car status while we were waiting! Overall an awesome experience... especially since it started off with that accident & being late! MUCH MUCH MAHALOS TO JAMES, SEAN & THE ENTIRE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE...BEING SOO UNDERSTANDING & FOR TAKING GOOD CARE OF OUR JEEP! THANKS AGAIN JAMES FOR WHAT YOU DID AT THE END!!! WE APPRECIATE EACH & EVERYONE OF YOU!!!

I was originally told my car would not be ready the day after dropping it off. Then we get a call saying it was ready and all work completed just a few hours later. We later figure out it was because they did not finish the work for the safety recall. Now I have to arrange a time to take it back again to get the job finished.
