Customer service great. They try to always accommodate the Customer when possible. Never have hd. Bd experience.

This is my first Kia EVER!! I’ve wanted to buy a new car for the past 7 months. Thinking about past car buying experiences and all the hours spent at dealership is what kept me away so long. So I decided to give Lou Sobh a try. Gave them a call, told them what I was interested in, he said “sure thing,come on in!” From test drive to finance office and out the door in under 2hours!!! Picked up my brandy-new 2027 Telluride the next day. I’ve had it for about two weeks now and have no buyers remorse. Very spacious vehicle, but very easy to drive. Lots of bells and whistles, including a “hands free” mode. (I was very impressed with that feature) I can’t wait until the summer months and get her on the highway for those mini vacations. ;-)
