The overall sales part of the deal went pretty smooth, although I thought it took way longer than it should when paying for the vehicle up front with no financing. I had an issue with the truck and their service department struggled to the point I got the parts ordered myself and had my mechanic fix the problem. With all the struggles at that point, when the next item of service came up, I went again to my mechanic because of the lack of communication and inability to get parts in a timely manner. Noone waits months to get tire sensors that could be purchased at a local parts place the NEXT day. (1st issue). Overall the experience was not too good. I will not be doing any business with them again. I have done business with them before this experience and that went overall well but I will not be returning.

Mike was an excellent guy to work with. The experience was great the truck a 2019 F150 is awesome… Super clean… My only issue is the was no owners manual.

Staff was friendly and helpful even threw in a free side mirror after discovering the car I was being sold was missing one.
