Jahbari Williamson did a great job taking care of me. My car needed an NYS inspection and a troubleshooting of a clicking sound when braking and vibration during acceleration. Danny, the service technician, is as good as they come. Recommended replacing the front right motor mount. Now it drives like brand new. They also did a courtesy wash, which is a nice touch. I highly recommend Volvo Cars of Manhattan if you need your Volvo serviced or repaired.
Dallanara was very thorough when I came in for service. She provided me a list of options and followed up appropriately. Great job!

5 Stars – Outstanding Service, Even Through a Tough Situation Even though I’ve been having ongoing trouble with my Volvo, the service I receive at Volvo of Manhattan—especially from Glenn Bourke and Anna Rosario—has been nothing short of exceptional. Glenn, my service advisor, is truly top-notch. He’s consistently professional, communicative, and always treats me with courtesy and respect. No matter how frustrating the issue with the car may be, Glenn goes out of his way to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Anna Rosario, at the service desk, is equally impressive. She’s warm, welcoming, and efficient—always ready to help with a great attitude. Both Glenn and Anna go above and beyond in every interaction, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. It makes a world of difference to be treated with this level of care and professionalism, and I sincerely hope their efforts are recognized by their leadership. They’re a big reason I continue to bring my vehicle here.

I have had mixed experiences with this dealership over the past 7-8 years. Recently they seem to have gotten the service department back on track. My most recent visit was excellent.
