Kunes of Oregon does a great job! I do all my services there on my Dodge Ram & Wagoneer. I love my service department. They have become part of our Chrysler family.
We've been buying and servicing vehicles from Kunes for 15 years. They've always been helpful and friendly. Recently we had some significant service done and, while the process wasn't exactly fun, they took care of us the whole way.
The sales manager is not honest and tried to move numbers around after we agreed on a price. Sent a higher price to my bank. Then also lowered my trade in value after he found out I wasn't financing with them. He said it was in my favor and not his. Why send an out the door invoice in detail if you are going to change your mind? I don't think that should be legal. My truck was brand new. I got it home and found a missing light in a hole in the ceiling. I have yet to get them to come up with a solution. It's been 2 weeks. They are all over you until you buy a vehicle. Then after that they seem to forget about you. Their finance department numbers also didn't match once I got to the facility. As I bought the truck online, I live 3 hours away from them. The whole place seemed shady and unorganized. The new salesman Chris seemed to be the only real one who honestly cared. Just trying to get them to reply or fix any issues is like pulling teeth.
Took my Ram in for repairs and they were completed very timely and knew about a service bulletin that covered the cost. It was greatly appreciated
KUNES is professional and friendly. They are very accommodating!! I trust them with my car They are prompt to let me know when I need servicing. They keep their word and upfront and honest about what to expect. They know I’m on a budget.
Brian and Denny were amazing! Helpful and helped us with an amazing deal! We will definitely send more friends and family there way!!
