I had the BEST experience when I bought my Honda Pilot from Marthaler Honda. Christian is amazing and incredible to deal with! I would recommend them 100%. Then I had an issue with a warranty on the windshield about 8 months later. Again Christian was there to help again! A huge thank you to Christian for taking the time and care to fix the molding on the windshield of my Honda Pilot. He went above and beyond, especially since Honda wouldn't cover the windshield under warranty. Because of that, if the windshield had cracked during the repair, the dealership would have been responsible for replacing it. Christian took on that risk with professionalism, skill, and confidence, and the repair turned out great. 2018 Honda Ridgeline, 38734 miles - Requested an oil change only. They did an unrequested complimentary Multi-Point Inspection where they failed several items. Several items passed, coolant, washer fluid(claimed to refill or top off). Both of which were not even touched because I added a gallon of washer fluid and am buying the coolant to bring the level up to minimum. Due to the current weather it took me a day to inspect what they claimed to check off. I also pulled the oil dipstick to discover the oil was as dirty as prior to their claim to have changed it, plus it smelled like fuel. I have an understanding why that might occur but only a day after the service, it's a strong indicator that nothing had been done. The current weather here in Montana was below freezing so I was not able to see if the oil filter was new. I suspect not and am having another reputable local auto service shop check and confirm my suspicions! I tried to contace the service manager but as of yet, no response. I have serious reservations about recommending this dealers service to anyone and will never do business with this dealship.

Salesman gave an interest rate quote on a new CR-V lease. When I went to sign the contract and take delivery the interest rate was much higher than quoted. Salesman said he had misunderstood what he was told. The finance manager of course said there was nothing he could do for us, of course not. Lesson is to never trust a car salesman and always get the numbers in writing.
