They did not actually have the vehicle they advertised and still keep re-advertising it!

This was the worst dealership I have ever visited. Poor customer service, inexperienced salesmen and managers. Selling overpriced vehicles and some without current state inspection.

We drove an hour and a half to look at a jeep, when we arrived her dream jeep was on the lot. We looked at it, she fell in love! The salesman "Rink" advised us that there was a $100 deposit on the vehicle. But we were welcome to look at it. Then he told her she could test drive it. Well the love grew! "Rink" informed us that we were welcome to inquire...so we did. We talked numbers for a bit, while "Rink" answered numerous phone calls from other customers while dealing with us. We'll, they ended up pulling a credit app on my daughter...a perfect score of 800! Well then they wanted to be all over it...however she already has an auto loan so it required her to have a cosigner to secure the payments more...so we acquired a cosigner like they asked! She was so excited! We did EVERYTHING they asked of us, and after ALL that...we were informed that the guy who put down the $100 with a credit score of 400 something was unconditionally approved through his financial institution. And "Rink" assured us numerous times that the guy was a "loose cannon", he didn't believe the guy would be able to aquire. In the mean time a credit inquiry was made (which lowered the PERFECT Credit score of 800)...we were lead to believe the jeep was ours, then BAM! Sorry! What kind of bull is that? We were approved for that jeep BEFORE Mr. 400 credit score was! And the salesperson told us...it was a good. Whatever!...this place is as crooked as a snake!
