The dealership did not let me see the r v I was buying they said it was in shop when I finally got to see it was dirty tires did not match worn out the mattress dirty so I ASK the manger would split the cost tires he said he would do tat and service raised price of the tires would not take it for service there the r v need oil change because in rental fleet so I Took to RELIBALE RV in Springfield Missouri WOULD Recommend them to anyone I bought 2023 coachmen pursuit 31 b h

Very poor quality workmanship by hack technicians that border on being nefarious as I discovered a “ paper clip” across the fuse for my rear BR slider that I know for a fact that the tech saw it when he was TS and on my recent trip to my new home in Florida I got stuck in TN simply because when the hack tech installed the new house 12VDC batteries, he used not only the wrong size battery clanps but they were used! I lost all running lights and then couldn’t get my ladder to retract to continue driving. AAA found that issue and got me back on road. I have had Good sams extended warranty for (9) months and waited till I get to a competent repair place in Fla before I would ever consider giving Olathe RV a dime in business. My sister and another family member both went a distance and bought a new class A diesel and a new travel trailer based on my insistence they not do business there. On a positive note, the sales folks were credible

very poor, tried several times to contact NO call returned, even used RV Traders to contact, still no call back, interested in motorhome willing to pay cash, guess they don't need the business. old saying " what goes around comes around." As a well known business man will tell all not to shop there !

We had a great experience. We had been searching for used campers all day and wasn't finding anything we liked. I happened to see one on their website that was around our price range. We stopped in, and Bill helped us find the camper that I had seen on the website. He was very helpful and seemed very knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with and we were able to get a nice camper for the price we were looking for.

Upgraded to a Class C. Bill was very helpful in picking the right rigg for us, and Dan made the purchase a real easy process.

We just recently purchased our 2nd travel trailer from Carol at Olathe Ford RV, she has always been so fast, friendly and very informative. Dan and Brittany handled all of the financial questions and all of the paperwork, all we had to do was walk in and sign the contract. Charles was the employee that gave us our walk through of our new 2021 Wildwood X-Lite he was so friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend stopping in and looking around, they are all very eager to help and answer questions.
