Bought New Cougar in 2021 has a Severe Delamination Inside and Out Under Warranty Try To get Me to Turn in on Insurance instead of Using warranty Service is a Joke
Customer service is an absolute joke. Never fixed my water leak (brand new camper) botched the washer and dryer install. Dropped my Solitude off in January, called in July and said it’s ready, go pick it up and washer and dryer not installed. Fast forward to August, told it’s ready, get there and washer is installed but not dryer. Throw a fit, dryer gets installed by a joke of a tech. Take it home and washer and dryer starts leaking. Notify service department and am told “we are sorry to hear this”. That’s it! End up fixing water leak myself and find out they never did actually fix the leak. This dealership and their service department is a joke. I will never recommend them. Actually in talks with the attorney general and a lawyer about the sorry excuse of a dealership.
Do not buy or sign anything without making sure you got it all. Do not take anyone's word on what they are or will do.
I’ll start by saying the sales staff was great, they were straightforward and informative. That being said, I was offered a certain amount on my camper to trade in and during the discussions the camper that I was looking to purchase was marked down $3,000 less than originally listed. With the updated price I was ready to purchase but since they had placed their camper on sale they reduced my trade in value by $3,500 from the appraisal they had given me 5 MINUTES PRIOR, ensuring they would make more money off their "reduced price camper" compared to what would have been the original price. Like I said, awesome sales stuff, but felt like an overall dirty move by the sales manager. I know a lot of places will lower your trade in on a discounted vehicle, but just never witnessed it mid-conversation. How my camper went from appraised at $15,100 to 12,000 once their camper went on sale is beyond me.
If asked to lock in the camper by putting a 500 deposit, even though not purchased they will refund......STEER CLEAR! Don't do it!!! Rip-off!
