They were great to work with in getting bids via email prior to visiting the dealership. They were very responsive and the offers were competitive from the first round of negotiations. No pressure in the showroom, and the paperwork process was very quick and efficient. Total time at the dealership approached 3 hours, which seemed a bit long, but they were very busy. Overall a good experience

I would say the service is good because the issue was repaired. But I was a little disappointed. It took an extra day and I had to call them to find out if it was ready yet to find out it would take longer. I also wished for almost $1000 for the job. They would’ve washed my car before I got it back. I know many dealers at home tend to do that.
