To put it simply, they are the classic "bait and switch" dealer. They list one price on the Internet, then tack on thousands of hidden fees for such items as "paint protection", "LoJack theft protection", "refurbishment fees", "Dealer prep, the list goes on and on. Drove 4 hours round trip to buy a used car priced at 11400, price on offer sheet when at dealership was 17700! WTH?! Joke of a salesman said "we aren't CarMax, we are here to make a profit" and "you do understand a lot of people just pay what we ask, no questions asked"! You admit that you are committing dishonest practices and brag about it?! Salesman literally chased me to my vehicle begging for me to just "negotiate" with him. Guess what, my time is more valuable than yours, I am not going to waste it when you start with bad faith, bogus charges. Sad I made the mistake that a small town place might be honest. If you do make the poor choice to deal with them, get your offer in writing before you get there, otherwise be prepared for the Bait & Switch! Read the many horrible reviews explaining the same behavior on all manner of cars. They should be embarrassed and ashamed, as should Ford for allowing them to operate under their name. GO ELSEWHERE!

I had an excellent experience in buying a car from Labelle Ford. My sales person Denise was a great help and showed me all the options on the vehicle and was very knowledgeable and it is because of her that I bought the bronco from them.

Looked at numerous models and Representative Rob Sager was patient throughout while my Wife and I looked through the inventory in the rain. While we did not purchase it was due to our schedule and we will definitely be returning in the next couple of weeks to purchase from Rob and LaBelle Ford as we were made to feel comfortable and not pushed into making a decision. ion the spot Bob James

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PLATTNER FORD OF LABELLE! They’ll take your money and show nothing for it!! Story time, so May of 2024 I was looking to order a new Ranger Raptor. I saw that LaBelle Ford (Plattner) had 1 allotment for an order so I decided to bring my business there. We agreed on the specs on the truck and a sale and I gave them my $500.00 deposit to have it ordered. The Salesmen told me it would take about 8 months to have built. The 8 months comes around and I hear nothing from them so I call Stephen the sales manager to check on it, he knows nothing so if it but says he’ll call back with an update. Again I hear nothing from them no call backs but life gets busy. Finally 12 months goes by and it’s May 2025, surely it must be finished or close to being finished by now it’s 4 months past the expected time frame. I call and talk to Stephen the sales manager again, he proceeds to tell me that they use a middle man” to take the orders and have them sent to Ford to be built but guess what, they NEVER SENT THE BUILD INTO FORD!!!!!! So LaBelle Ford took MY MONEY in good will to have a truck built that I waited a year for and was NEVER even ordered. On top of that Stephen said it should take 7-10 business days to get my money back. It’s now July and the new sale manager Jason Katz has done NOTHING to get my money back to me and can’t even reply to an email. PITIFUL! I’ve made a complaint with Ford corporate, buyer please do not do business with this dealership they operate with bad business practices and business ethics.

Bought a new Escape which is nice, but dealership is not!! Had problems with canceling extended warranty that took over six weeks to resolve. Was not offered Ford credit or Ford extended warranty?? Stupidly accepted their advice that Chase bank and Fidelity Warranty Services were good alternatives. Refinanced at our credit union (took a year off our payments and saved thousands in interest). Buying a car there was a very bad deal for us. Wish we had looked at their ratings and gone to a Ford dealer that cares about their customers and products. Their manager, Jason stopped returning my phone calls. I am in complete agreement with the Yelp comment "Run!, don't walk away from this dealership"!! Worst car buying experience of our lives.
