What Others Say

They overprice there vehicles for the value. I bought a 23 Nissan kicks and the value has dropped 10,000 dollars. My wife bought a sentra and it has dropped 8,000 dollars in 6 months. If you by a Nissan be prepared to be stuck with it for years to come. Nissan do not hold there value even with the Nissan dealerships. Mountain View will screw you any way they can and won't even care about you as a returning customer. We have bought 6 new ones from them in the past but no more.

I continue to be impressed with these folks! We bought a new Armada a couple months ago. They gave us free washes for life. We have been back now 4-5 times to get the vehicle cleaned, and always the same smiles, extraordinary service, same response! They meet me in the service area, and I ask if we can get the car washed. “Certainly”! They always say! “ have a seat and we will take care of it! After negotiating with many dealers from Atlanta to Canton to Alabama to Chattanooga, we made the right choice in buying from Mountain View Nissan in Dalton. Save yourself some time and worry. Do business with these folks! Steve and Sandy Higdon

While researching a midsized truck purchase with several dealerships I was informed my down payment would need to be larger than normal and I would probably need to purchase an older vehicle. My husband stumbled upon Mt. View online.. The salesman Derek seemed knowledgeable, lived in my same town, and seemed to understand my situation. After 2 weeks of research I relented and finally gave permission for one hard inquiry for the purchase of a new truck. Derek promised to bring me the truck the next day. I once again explained, ( as I had several times throughout the conversation) that I was only researching and because of my fair credit I wasn't sure it was even possible. The next day I was hit with not one, but 6 hard inquiries on my credit. When I called to complain I was treated to a story about the salespersons mother's unauthorized hard inquiries and how to fix them. Outraged I explained they were not given permission and this was their mistake to correct. Less than two hours later there were two more hard inquiries on my credit. A short internet search later and it was obvious they do this quite often and have no issues with the lack of morality involved in trying to force a sale. Several people reported unauthorized credit inquiries from this company and confirmed their unapologetic responses to these predatory practices.

I have never had a more smooth car buying experience than I had here. Eric Hefner came highly recommended & I am glad I listened to others and that I found him. He made this the most easy & amazing experience ever for me & I can’t thank him enough. He’s definitely a charmer & has the gift of being able to feel extremely comfortable & also makes you feel like family. 10 out of 10 for Mr. Hefner hands down. I will definitely refer not only him, but also your dealership to anyone & everyone. Thanks for all of your help Eric.

Eric Hefner is amazing, knows his product, makes buying a vehicle actually fun. What I liked most is his easy to understand approach and not the same process of every other dealership, I want to deal with a “real person” not a scripted sales presentation, best shopping experience ever

This place sold us a car for a cash sale off the lot. Gave us paperwork, when we suggested it was incorrect, multiple times, gave us different paperwork, sent us on our way with the car, and it wasn't even the correct car to match the Vin on the car... when I called them, they told me to bring it back. I was livid. The General Manager told me it happens three or four times per year!!!! Don't trust them! I have contacted a lawyer. They didn't offer to make it right. Just hung up on me.
