Impeccable customer service. Angelo Cassineri was the outstanding sales representative who facilitated the purchase of my new Subaru Crosstrek. He listened to my concerns, answered every question I had, and explained every step in the process taking the time to make sure that I understood and was comfortable. He created what felt like a safe and friendly environment for purchasing a vehicle, something that can be a daunting experience for many. His superior and the finance team were also wonderful, I felt like they were doing their best to make things work out.
