Flying in early before the sales team was in, the service team connected me with Jon, who welcomed me with coffee and set up a test drive. Jen was just as helpful in person. I was impressed with Talon’s knowledge and efficiency. In all, seven staff members were professional, friendly, and the facility spotless. Paperwork felt heavy and invasive for a cash purchase on an 11-year-old car, but the Farmington team was excellent.
