Do not use! Our immediate family has purchased 5 Nissans over the years. This was by far the worst experience of our latest by using Waxahachie Nissan. I will not use them or recommend them to anyone. There are so many Nissan Dealers - find another one. They do not show you the car in detail or educate you. Next they are not upfront pricing and deceptive in many ways . Yes, many car dealers are but seriously ... 10 minutes after purchase you without even having taken possession of the car you realize that paper work has a problem - the management says - you signed too bad, sorry. The sales manager was rude and wanted to head home. The next day after 3 attempts to contact a sales manager, no one returned any of the calls. They do not care about their customers. Over the years our family has purchased 10 vehicles (5 Nissan) and this is the only time I have complete remorse and anger over the process. As for Nissan in general -Honda was a much better process. Toyota is much more up front with their presentations and prices. If you have to get a Nissan Waxahachie is the worst even worse than Clayton Cooley's. We own it, but I have already told my family and friends never again. I should have been a time of fun and looking forward to a future, not a time of cheating, lying, and being ignored.
I would highly recommend Radford. He is mature and will be honest with you. Other guys here aren't very good in my opinion. Received a cold text late at night from a guy who identified himself as "Sam". Sam didn't think about the time of day to text someone, nor the common courtesy respecting people with families or shifts people work. I'm writing this because the manager didn't seem to care either, so I'll be sure to call them 6 minutes before closing time and claim its not too late. Radford is the ONLY one I would recommend. I'll adjust this review or delete it when yall get your stuff together and treat people better.
Been very disappointed with the current customer service at this dealership in Waxahachie. It's been a week and a half waiting for them to replace a bad alternator. I been getting a run a round that they are waiting on an alternator. I need my car and it's very frustrating.
Don't waste your time with a dealer who doesn't give u true pricing upfront. This exact vehicle listed for MSRP 21,450 on there website. Online the dealer invoice shows to be $20,200, but at this dealer they told me it was $20,900. I told them when they called me I already had a deal on the table for $20,700 at another dealer if they couldn't beat that or match it I wouldn't waste my time. Salesman assured me he could at least match it, but after getting there and wasting over an hour, he comes out with a sheet that showed an additional $3,000 of add-ons making the exact vehicle $24,700 that was not listed on their website nor did salesman advise me via phone or text about these dealer add-ons. Spoke to GM and one of his excuses was the adds on are listed with car info on our site. I took screenshots of that page I'm not going to assure you the add-ons were not listed.. The Nissan dealership in waxahachie and the other dealerships associated with it have lost lost my business forever!!! Got the exact vehicle at McGavin Nissan in Rockwall for $20,500 https://www.gobankingrates.com/saving-money/car/dont-pay-for-useless-things-at-car-dealerships/
Terrible customer service...Don't waste your time making appointments for weekend services. It's "first come first served" and your appointment doesn't matter. This type of customer "service" shows that this service department doesn't give a crap about your time. I was told that I would have to wait at least two hours for an oil change that I had made an appointment for. When I told the service rep that I wasn't waiting two hours for an oil change, he said I could come back at 2 or 2:30pm for the service, when there would be less of a line. I live 50 minutes away from this dealership -- I told him I wouldn't be wasting my time and gas coming back to this service department. Terrible "service" department.
I get my oil changed in my Nissan Frontier at this location. They are very friendly and get the job done quickly. The dealership is always very clean and they wash my vehicle.
