I have had my vehicle for almost a year and they have not gave me my Tags.
Zero integrity. Terrible Service. They sold a car out from under me as they were actively running my credit after I had said I would purchase it that day. After that they were difficult to get in contact with and management was rude about it, essentially telling me "it happens, our staff did everything correctly."
Brook Hall from Hertz Car Sales, Gulf Frwy location, apologized for our atrocious experience at their Katy location and worked, over the next day, to try to locate another car for us. Although I had no plans to ever do business with Hertz Car sales again & was quite hesitant, Brook was persistant, professional and diligently worked, along with his management staff, to find my son a car just like the original Sonic we had begun our search for at the Katy Frwy location. The difference between the people we dealt with at the Katy location and those at the Gulf Freeway location were like night and day. Brook & his team at the Gulf Frwy location treated us with consideration and respect, accepted the responsibility of mistakes made (not by them, but by Hertz Car Sales, Katy) and ultimately earned our businesss! We found the Finance & General Managers, Kevin Baker and Brian Gonzales to also be straight forward, courteous and knowledgeable. My 21 year old son, learned quite a bit about car sales through this experience. We absolutely appreciate the direct, no gimmick car buying experience we had with you. Because of your actions, my son left your store, walked to his first ever, new car and commented that he respected how you worked hard to do the right thing and said, “I’d do business with them again if I need a car.” My sentiments exactly!
