Not worth my time writing anything about this dealership. Don't go there, stay away from there.

Bought this 2015 Explorer Limited. After the fact I found out they charged around $5000 more than listed. Even though I was the second owner, the first was very hard on it. Scratches and more scratches I found inside and outside. The sales department tried to ignore my complaint even after the dealership owner said they'll take care of them as part of our agreement. Couldn't get it detailed properly and couldn't get them to fix a door panel. The transmission had to get rebuilt under warranty but after I got it back I found more scratches even on the hood and by the back door. I don't even at this point want to take it for a free oil change as promised. I also found the air dam under the vehicle was falling off. They didn't install it right. I also had to replace hardware which wasn't correct and so on. The service department was very patient with me, I'll give them that. Never again!!!!

They sold me a car with branded title. Luther claimed it didnt know but thats not the case. Now i am having issues with car, only to find out I have no warranty bc its a branded title. I went back 3 times without satisfaction. Now i guess im going to have to get attornry
