They did great on the price of the truck but when it came to services, it was crap. The detailing looked horrible, and the starter is shot. They said there were going to fix the motor inside the mirror, but lied about it. They said I could keep the weather mats they took them. Both batteries were corroded. They said they would wax and buff the paint. They lied about it.
Got a Lincoln MKX and 28 days after I bought it the transmission goes out. Phil Ling agrees to pay for the “new” one to be put in, that took 2 months. 9 months later the “new” transmission goes out and when I take it to the Benz and Beamer branch of Phil Long where I made the purchase and it completely closed down. I take the MKX to a Lincoln Phil Long dealership for information about the warranty on my “new” transmission and I’m informed he did not put a new transmission in my car but an old one from a junk yard. Phil Long continues to tell me they no record of any of my extended warranties. The dealership I dealt with is closed now and the salesman got fired for giving the email to the owner. I got lucky enough to got rid of the car before it cost me too much but don’t let this joke of a complaint hustle you too.
Do not buy a car from here. The salesperson Kelly didn't know what she was doing. She didn't know any prices of the cars and tried several times to sell me on a car out of my budget. They also ran my credit first. I didn't end up buying a car there because I felt like the dealer was trying to screw me over. I ended up finding the same car with lower mileage and way cheaper at Peak Kia Chapel Hills.
Our sales representative, Robert Strange, was most gracious and attentive to our somewhat disorganized shopping. We weren't sure what we wanted when we started out. He was patient with us, did not hurry us! Once we made the decision on our purchase, he and the Manger, Jeff Bentley, treated us with 'white glove' consideration. The Lincoln Experience was just what it should be!
While looking for a used car to replace my recently totaled one we stared the search off at Phil Long used cars. Let me tell you these guys are amazing. Will most definitely send business there way. Thanks Ricky
I am as picky as goldielocks, frugile, and I like to take my time, read and research every last detail. I had my salesman pull safety specs and fuel efficiency ratings for dozens of cars and work out comparisons for buying new ones as well. My salesman Jason Cowen was very patient and helpful, even staying later than closing at an off site sale and calling me to insure I recieved my paperwork. He asked specific questions that allowed him to show me to the two cars I needed. He listened carefully and I actually learned more from him about what I was searching for as he got to know me better. He was detail oriented, professional, polite, and friendly. I enjoyed his sense of humor and kindness that made this large purchase easy. They have an extremely large selection and I ended up getting one of my cars brought in from Denver. He was able to remember and recall facts about and my reactions to dozens of vehicles so I didn't need to take notes like I usually do. The negotiation, finance team, and service team were all polite and patient as well. I would recommend Phil long to a friend for their selection and pricing, but I would make sure I called Jason and told him that I had a friend coming in so I could gaurentee that they receieved the same experience I had.
