Tyler is my Service Writer. Called him on Tuesday 5/12/26 to explain my passenger side Liftgate strut had slipped off when my front seat passenger slammed the door so hard the strut slipped off while the automatic hatch was closing. My appointment was scheduled the following day at 1:30pm. Arreived at the dealership at 1:20pm. Tyler inspected the strut,and seeing no visible damage, he reattached, tested the opening & closing mechanism to ensure the rear hatch operated nornally I left the dealership at 1:25pm, five minutes before my scheduled appointment. God blessings upon you Tyler for a phenomenal service experience. I do ask that Sr. Management recognize Tyler for his wonderful service..

I needed help with my Prius Prime. I called and was quickly connected to a service advisor. He diagnosed my problem over the phone, helped me get the vehicle started and set up a service appointment that same day. When I arrived the service was quick and efficient. MANY THANKS to the service team.
I am pleased with the workmanship. I actually inquired the mechanic I go to for some things, however I thought I would contact Philips for the same work I wanted done and you were actually cheaper and did more. I feel confident about the work that was done at Philips
