What Others Say

We came into the dealership with a car in mind, but that option wasn’t available, we got helped and found an amazing option.

Super nice, they also have good service and help you find what your dream car is.

To whomever cares: I went in on Friday 10-22-21 to the Autonation Dealership in NorthGlen, CO. I picked a vehicle and proceeded to try and purchase it. It's now 6 days later and I am officially done trying to give Autonation any of my money. My first mistake was assuming that Autonation would work with me when I was already pre-approved with my credit union and just wanted to purchase the vehicle I chose. Apparently the only way they will be willing to sell me the vehicle is if I financed through them. Going back and forth for the last 6 days, jumping through all the hoops they put in front of me trying to get me to finance through them and not use my credit union has finally taken its toll and I will move on. I absolutely loved the vehicle I wanted to buy...my credit union had a check ready to give...but because I wouldn't finance through them they put up every roadblock you could possibly imagine. I have chatted with customer care through the website asking for someone from corporate to contact me (twice), I called the customer care line and was told that I would only get a quick response if I sent an email, I called and left a message for ALL the managers at the dealership to call me back....and the only ones that would are the sales managers (the same ones that aren't trying to help me buy this car). The original salesman George that started with me would never return my calls or texts....when I would finally get him on the phone he would never remember who I was...the sales manager Anthony only called me once....the sales manager Casey became very rude and short with me when I challenged everything reasoning he was giving me as to why we couldn't move forward....ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER. I would have never thought that a car dealership would push so hard TO NOT SELL a car!!! I didn't argue about the price...nothing....I came in to see the car I saw online and just wanted to buy....BUT NO. All I can do is complain and let EVERY SINGLE person I know hear about this experience...because literally NO ONE CARES. Hopefully my extremely poor reviews of this place will steer people clear from there.

I’ve called Alfa Romeo multiple times today, and last week still no answer. I need to get my car serviced asap but there’s no answering.

Brittany did an awesome job selling my wife and I a Alfa Romeo SUV. Really like the car actually look at an other one. Was very quick and got on our way.

Very personal buying process. Worked with the internet department and handled everything remotely until ready to sign the paperwork and pick the car up. Really happy with the entire relationship.
