It took a team effort to special order my custom made Ram Power Wagon. After spending my time with Jacob and Niel, my power wagon was ready to be ordered.. excellent job to the entire team at Manal Dodge. The day we picked up our new Ram, we saw what looked like a blemish on the driver‘s door. Thanks to Mandel‘s touchup man, Charles. It only took him about five minutes to find out. It was simply a glue spot and quickly removed it just another excellent employee for Mandel. Highly looking forward to having Charles take care of my truck every six months with my Butler system. How many people can say they’ve met the people who are gonna take care of your vehicle when you bring it in when you first purchase your new truck, well I can. Thank you, Mandel.

This was BY FAR the BEST experience I have ever had with a dealership. The Service team made sure I had a vehicle to use when my part took a little extra time to get in, which was extremely helpful! Throughout the process they also stayed in contact with me, so I never had to wonder what was going on with my car. 10/10 will be using Mandal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in the future! These guys deserve a paid vacation!
