They appear to be very fair in giving us a price for my vehicle. And honest! But to be perfectly honest.I prefer to work with one person only and not have three people approach me. 2 managers & the buyer was a bit much. But all in all nice folks

This was the second time I encountered Beaverton Car Company, and I returned due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. I would like to express my gratitude to Awais, who exudes a remarkable combination of energy and professionalism.
I called around to several dealerships and checked online offers to sell our minivan. There were only two dealerships that offered significantly more than KBB, CarMax, and even the dealership where I originally purchased the vehicle. After speaking with AWAIS on and off for more than a week, I decided to do business with him - and I'm so glad I did. From the very beginning, he was friendly, honest, genuine, and professional. He gave me the feeling that I was dealing with someone I could truly trust. What impressed me most was that even when I told him I might just list on marketplace, he remained kind, respectful, and understanding. There was never any pressure, and that level of integrity actually made me want to work with him even more. Another thing that really stood out to me was the honesty and trustworthiness of both AWAIS and the management team at Beaverton Car Company. When we realized we hadn't brought the title for our vehicle, we initially agreed to deduct the cost of a replacement title from the purchase price. They told us that if we were able to find the title and bring it in before they processed the paperwork, they would return that amount. What surprised me was that when they presented the check, they gave us the full amount anyway and simply asked that we bring it by if we find it at home. That level of trust is rare these days. They could have easily held back the cost to replace the title, but instead they chose to give us the benefit of the doubt. Fortunately, when we got home we found the title. That moment only reinforced the trust and good faith they had shown us throughout the process. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. AWAIS even gave me a ride home after purchasing our vehicle, which gave me the chance to get to know him on a more personal level. It only reinforced my first impression of him. AWAIS is passionate, knowledgeable, authentic, and genuinely cares about people. In a world where customer service can often feel transactional, he made the experience feel personal. His kindness, integrity, and professionalism are qualities that will undoubtedly take him far in life and in his career. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from AWAIS and the team at Beaverton Car Company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell!
For a dealership it was a good experience. I was expecting a little more than what they offered me but overall I was happy with the sale. Doug was good to work with. He was also nice enough to drive me back home after I sold my car to them
One of the best car buying experiences I've had in my years of auto shopping. There was no pressure, and Doug clearly understood my needs and found the best solution available. I will definitely be returning in the future for hopefully the same outcome
