The only reason I gave them 1 star is cause I couldn't give them zero. I sued this car lot and won and then, OH yeah Fraudulent Conveyance occurred. Ryan Wiess is a crook and so is Luis.

RUN! I have never in my 27 years of buying a car had such a horrible experience! The sales team and finance were fine and very nice but beyond that has been an absolute JOKE! I went in with my son in June 2020 to buy a van for his business and within 2 weeks the transmission went out. Luis/Lewis (ms?) never paid the warranty so we were called from the Ford dealership we took it to and were told that we did not have a warranty. TONS of back and forth between Castle Hills, warranty company, Ford and nothing but finger pointing and he said she said. No one ever had answers and the word TRY to was used A LOT! Once we found out the warranty wasn't paid, Castle Hills said they would get us another warranty. So they did and this place denied covering the transmission. They claimed Ford gave them one answer and Ford said they did not. So again, absolutely nothing was resolved. So again, weeks of going back and forth with Castle Hills. Of course we had to drive there most of the time because they LOVE to deny calls or never return a call. We eventually spoke with a guy named Derek at Castle Hills, he said he was a new partner or something of Ryan's (the owner) and he would take care of it. Our van has now been at CH for almost 2 months. Now Derek is not in the picture. We again, drove there on November 30th, why? NO ANSWER! NO RETURN CALL! NADA! We were promised answers that day. Here it is Monday, December 8th and we called and text every number we have, personal and business, NO RESPONSE! So we drove there this morning, the place is CLOSING! I guess they are trying to change their name to magically remove their bad reviews etc......There is no longer a review section on their Facebook page and ALL of their comments are GONE! Again, imagine that. So, again, we were promised answers today. We received a call from Luis/Lewis about speaking with our warranty company and they told him the opposite of what they told us which was the dealership was the only one who could cancel our warranty policy. So if we can't cancel it and the dealership can't cancel it -- who can? So back to SQUARE 1! Yay! So, now after 6 months, I have had it and will make sure I put a review on every site I can, including their revoked BBB standing which was an F and contact an attorney. I am not sure what else we can do other than that.
Worst place ever when we purchased our car we bought protection plus plan for $1400 and GAP couple months later the car was total loss and we did a claim they requested a cancellation of warranty and I contacted them they never responded try to contact Keith the manager and he said he doesn't handle financials. they transfer me to Luis that told me he was going to call me back in 30 min and here I am waiting 3 months later I finally contact the protection plan company and they NEVER RECEIVED PAYMENT for the policy so they never activated the protection plan.. Apparently CASTLE HILLS MOTORS was supposed to refund the $1400 to the lender and as of today they have not received anything .. please don't buy from this place they are going to steal your money!!
I have tried to contact them over five times now in regards to cancelling my warranty and I just get ignored. The only person that can help me is Luis and I think that is not right first of all. Everytime I call he is either busy or goes to voicemail. If you are calling about sales they seem to find a way to call you right back. Luis needs to prioritize all customers. I feel like they drop the ball once they make the sale and I was pressured into taking the warranty although they knew I didnt need it. I would not suggest buying from them if you want service and sales go somewhere else. I will be esculating this because as long as I let them do this I will be stuck paying for something I dont need and they know it! They need more people to step up and help a customer that has an accounting issue. This is ridiculous! It is hard for me to get away from my job and call but yet I have five times and they have not responded
