Dave the salesman was great we had two issues with the vehicle and Dave said he would have them taken care of I would and already have recomend this dealership to others.

The people were kind and very easy to work with. It was a quick and painless process.

Found a couple of cars to look at on CarFax and sent an email to Hampden Trading, Got a response and set up a day to come and look. The day before driving 1.5 hours to look at the car got an email from Eddie stating that they sold the car we were interested in. Told him there was one other to look at so we went up. When we got there we met Rusty and he gave us the keys to the car to go check out. Absolutely no pressure from him at all. When he came out he told us they were waiting for a plate to come back so we could test drive it, he also gave us a run down how they come about getting cars and where they get them from. When the plate showed up he attached it to the car and told us to take our time and gave us a route to take then went back into the store. Once again no pressure. When we got back we mentioned that there was a noise coming from the front of the car, and were informed that it would be checked out and also they were going to change out the timing belt, head gasket and perform other maintenance on the car before delivering it to us. We ended up buying the car and they are going to register it for us in Connecticut for us. We pick it up in a couple of days daughter can't wait to get her "new: used car. Everyone we dealt with was up front and honest with us, if I am ever in the market for another used car will definitely give them a call.
