The sales staff is remarkably well informed of the vehicles on their lot and went above and beyond the level of service provided. They enthusiastically help with the financing part of the transaction even though I could have done that part myself. I would very much recommend doing business with Howard’s Auto Sales in Michawaka or the Elkhart Indiana lot! Respectfully Vernon Themm
I purchased a vehicle from Howard’s Auto in the past that needed unexpected repairs…they did well helping with that so I reached out again a couple years later regarding a vehicle for my kid…..and no response. I suppose that will be my last attempt at purchasing a vehicle from Howard’s Auto.
They right up front with me on condition of the vehicle. They were also nice enough to send me a few pictures. Overall very helpful.
