Purchased a vehicle that should have had a manufacturer's warranty. Wasn't advised car was manufactured in Canada and therefore the $150,000 Mercedes had NO WARRANTY even though the vehicle only had 5k miles and was only 1 year old. Left message management for assistance. No phone call back. We are suing.

My service writer (Stori) was very efficient. She kept me informed of the status of the repair. The repair (2 year warranty service) was executed quickly. Scheduling the service was fast and efficient as well. Overall, very pleased with the service.
