What Others Say

Chance so so quick to respond after inquiring about a vehicle we were interested in. He was easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. We appreciate Lee Janssen Motor Company!

I had my Malibu serviced at Lee Janson Chevrolet for 5 years (oil change & tire rotation) until 1 time after I got home I noticed that the tire rotation was not done. I called and went back the next day and had it done. The next time I took it in for the same service and when they said it was done they had not rotated the tires again. I made them do it be fore taking it home. Once again the same thing. This makes me wonder if they ever did it all these years when I didn't check it? Instead of going back to them again, I took it to another dealer for the same service and all was done right. Also they even did a complete checking and found that the cabin filter was filthy. Be fore I moved to Nebraska, the dealer in California did the same complete checking for the same servicing. Lee Jansen has lost a customer.

They replied immediately and were very helpful. They contacted me daily until the vehicle sold before I could act on it.

My wife & daughter went looking for a used vehicle. They drove the Dodge and the instrument panel was similar to our 2011 Chrysler. My wife purchased it the next day. Chance & Grant were very helpful and answered all our questions. At their expense they fixed several minor details and added a front license bracket as well as another key.

I really enjoyed working with this dealership. Everybody is very professional and very helpful. Chance helped make my experience purchasing a vehicle go extremely smooth! I will absolutely be purchasing from them again in the future!

Vehicle was not as listed. It was supposed to be a 6 speed manual shift but it was a automatic. How does a dealer miss that when selling a car. If they can't tell a automatic from a manual, then what else was incorrect in the listing.
