There were a couple of bumps but overall I'm pleased with the entire experience and the customer care. I've only bought three cars in the past 25 years so I'm not a prolific buyer. I'd go back for sure.
Trevor was easy to work with and even though he was a BMW expert he knew many details on the Subaru Forester while we were test driving it. We had an issue with the wind shield but they happily replaced it much to our relief. Thank you Trevor!
Dakota Rea in the last week Wasn't allowed to use a simple "loaner car" when they allow them for other customers, felt discrimated due to my younger age, they play politics inside their dealership if you provide negative feedback, even with me one of their loyal customers who bought a BMW from them and continued to pay my dues and get my car serviced. Feel let down, and will be going to get service somewhere else.
