No No this is nonsense and not helping retain service or sales customers. I gave jeffery a good review because he did a good job now I'd like to move on.
They fixed the issue, and were up front about what needed to be done and my options. The only issue was a hiccup that meant it took all day to clarify that the work was covered under my service plan.
I had a great experience at the dealership during my service appointment. The staff was friendly, kept me informed throughout the process, and completed the work quickly and professionally.
