The rear hatch on my SRX wouldn’t open any more. I took it to a Cadillac dealership who advised me that the issue was un-fixable as the necessary part was no longer available. In desperation, I called Randy Marion Cadillac for a second opinion. The receptionist connected me with Danny who knew what my problem was even before I had the chance to tell him I already knew. They fixed the problem with a brand new part and cleaned my car so well, my wife yelled at me for buying new rims. Danny was personable, knowledgable and responsive. Since he was able to save me some money from the original quote (one of the parts turned out to be unnecessary), he offered to also repair another issue (strong salesman’s skills). I couldn’t be happier. Kudos to senior management for running a tight ship, Danny my advisor and to the mechanics. Nice job !
My truck came from the Mooresville lot but the Hickory sav-a lot did the sale. I had a wonderful salesman.I was told they do the best inspection on all the vehicles that they sell. Well my truck was sold to me with wore front tires like the truck was out of line. Didn’t offer to change the tires. I should have changed my mind about buying from here but I didn’t and I was so excited about the truck having remote start so the next day after buying the truck I tried starting my truck when I was inside my house but couldn’t get it to start. I called Randy Marion cause I thought it would be covered under the 3 mo or 3,000 mile warranty. I was told NO that wasn’t under the warranty but they would pay for the diagnostic test to see what’s wrong with it but I’d be responsible for getting it fixed . This wasn’t a cheap truck . So xxxx NO I’m not a happy customer this should be their responsibility I found out the next day after the sale of this truck that the remote start didn’t work it’s not like I broke it and wanted them to fix it. So if you do buy a vehicle from any of the Randy Marion’s make sure everything works before leaving their lot cause they can’t be doing the best inspection on their vehicles if a mechanic didn’t notice the remote start didn’t work . This is just my experience & opinion..
The best dealership, excellent service, the best prices. They help you with financing without hidden fees that fit your budget, I recommend them 100%, I am truly happy to have done business with them.
How can I say this?? They lost a sale over $1600. I was looking at a Dodge Challenger with 6,828 miles and I offered $46,333. They refused it saying it would be over $50,000 with Tax. Resist All IS NOT a tax but an add on for their bottom line for profit. Read the car industry, you lose car sales over add on like that. Shop elsewhere. IF ANY dealership has any ad on item, refuse it. RESIST ALL is like a $50 car wax you can put on yourself.
