Sales person called me at 8:40AM to ask me about my interest in a vehicle he told me he had the paperwork on but that there were plenty of other vehicles I might be interested in. When I asked if the vehicle was in he miraculously lost the paperwork and asked if he could call me back when he found it. Expressed that I needed a car as that mine was totaled to then he expressed his interest in how much of a settlement I received. Did not appreciate being pressed about how much my loan or settlements were when he couldn’t even tell me if the vehicle I wanted was in stock.
