Being in our 60s, we’ve bought many cars between the two of us, but without a doubt I can say that this experience has far exceeded any other experience that we’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. Paul Moser was recommended to us as a salesman with which to work, and having followed that recommendation, it’s clear why! Paul is responsive, respectful, friendly, and wow, he knows what he is doing! He anticipates questions before they are asked. Before we drove off in our new Forester, Paul made sure that he showed and explained every feature of the car. We also worked with Sidney McField in finance to learn about add-on packages. His presentations were well-paced and clear, with no pressure to purchase. Upon returning home with the vehicle, we had a couple of questions, and called both gentlemen, who took additional time (after 5 in the afternoon!) to address our needs with professionalism and warmth. We will be recommending Ramsey Subaru, Paul Moser, and Sidney McField to family, friends, and strangers, and when we have need again of another vehicle, we will return to this business.
