Came in just browsing around and Nolan did a great job in actually peaking my interest. Very knowledgeable and just an overall people person.
I bought a used CR-V from Nolan Stewart, and I’m very pleased with the entire buying process. Some dealerships are high pressure, but this dealership treats the buyer with respect. I highly recommend this dealership and Nolan.
Bought a new Pilot and love the car. The time spent for the buying process was terrible. We arrived at the lot around 10:30 and wasn’t even approached by a salesman. I had looked at the Pilot a few days before and was ready to buy. At 11:15 finally went inside to try and find a salesman. At 1:30 pm we begged to leave and got to lunch and be able to discuss in private about the payments. The salesman kept putting us off and trying to work out a deal. At 2:15 I mentioned that we had to go eat and finally he said okay. Let us drive the new car to eat because they want you back. I was going to buy the car but the process and time was ridiculous. Upon returning they were supposed to have paperwork complete and clean the car. They did was the outside of the car but didn’t clean the inside. Footprints all over back floor mats. At 5:30 pm we were finally on our way home with the new car. This is my 4th Honda from the Gadsden store. But the service this time may make me rethink location of buying.
Friendly service all around. Lance, in particular was great. I’ll definitely be back in the future.
