Not a very good dealership. Will do whatever it takes to make money from you even if it means screwing you and putting you so upside down you can do nothing. Just beware and do your homework. My suggestion is go elsewhere. Promised to call to see what could be done and lied to because they never callled
Leaving zero stars unfortunately was not an option. After doing twenty plus years of business with this establishment, we will not ever return after our last experience. We recently (Thanksgiving of 2023) purchased a 2023 Dodge Durango and a 2023 Ram 3500 the same day. When they delivered my husband's truck, marker was still on the white paint, back seat was filthy, a round sticker was on the windshield and a mouse nest was under the hood near the engine. That also doesn't include the "salesman", Ethan, who we have continually complained about having halitosis/bad breath numerous times in the past, forgot to take off the dealership license plate and we had to drive it back. Ethan also overlooked our payoff by 1000.00 shorting the dealership so when we were to receive our refunded warranty money back on the one car that was traded, Tom Smith, took it upon himself to keep that money and only return our GAP left over money that only took 7 weeks once Tristar remembered to cancel it. By far folks, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT purchasing from ANY Tristar UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING TAKING ADVANTAGE OF. As they advertise, "Home of the ULTIMATE ADVANTAGE, this doesn't mean for the customer, it's only for TRISTAR." We also received blank pink sheets during our deal from the finance manager, asked about the numbers on our deals. "Those are included in this jump drive I give you." Try again.......no deal numbers included. Why? Because you kept BOTH car left over warranties WITHOUT stating so beforehand. Hopefully you enjoyed doing $150,000 each time we walked in there. As it will be the last dollar you get and also we will educated EVERYONE we come in contact about Tristar. (Shameful this website will not include pictures.) Oh one more thing, we asked about surveys to complete as this is a standard practice each time you buy a vehicle. We were ignored on that also, so we figured this would not only tell you how we feel, but maybe save others from your nonsense and fraud activities.
GREAT PRICES AND GREAT PEOPLE!! 10 STARS!!!!! STUCK TO THE PRICE THEY GAVE ME AND FINANCE WAS AWESOME!!
Truly a pleasure to work with these guys. They actually care about the relationship they build with their customers and they do their best to maintain that relationship even after the sale. They really did their best to make things work for me and did whatever they could to help.
Was contacted by sales through the True Car website. Was initially given a good price for the vehicle that we agreed on. Went back a few days later to sign the papers and take possession of the vehicle. Everything seemed legit until we got a call from our insurance agent asking why we paid over market value for the vehicle, they were assuming there was upgrades. We looked over the paperwork and found they had raised the price over $3000 from the agreed price. Contacted the sales department and was told that we signed the paperwork so it was ours. They would gladly take it back in trade at a much lower price than we paid of course. Seems they were just glad to get their commission and any bonuses for over selling a vehicle.
A Jeep that we originally purchased from Blairsville Tri-Star developed s leak in a transmission coolant line. Tri-Star gave me a fair estimate and did a check of the vehicle for other leaks that might be of concern. Of course, there were a couple. Tri-Star did a great job with the repair and it still was a fair price when I presumed that the work would cost a lot more than it did. Christine and staff were great at explaining what was wrong and what needed done and exactly how much it would be before I turned over the keys. I would (and probably will need to) take my Jeep back there.
