I had the pleasure to get my brand new WRX from the one and only Billy Capo, he was nothing but the best. He has always helped my sister and brother in law with their vehicles/needs and was nothing the best. We had the pleasure of ordering a truck from Ray Price Mt. Pocono with Billy Capo. We have been buying Ford trucks and vans for about 40 years or so. We obviously love ford vehicles! We moved to this area 7 years ago and it was time for a new truck. We went to another Ford Dealership first and were VERY displeased with their Sales staff and the owner, so needless to say we did not purchase with them. We contemplated Driving 3 hours south to the Ford Dealership we always used before moving. Then decided to give Ray Price a try went to Ray Price Mt. Pocono and it was a whole different experience. Billy Capo was great! Pleasant, friendly, not pushy, just a pleasure to work with. We ordered the truck and were told that it could possibly take 4 to 6 months. We had it in 2 Months!! We will definitely be purchasing with Billy again when the time arises. We whole heartedly recommend Billy Capo at Ray Price Mt. Pocono Ford.

Our family was visiting the Kalahari water park, and the day of check out, our car tire pressure alarmed was showing low pressure. The staff at the park filled the tire enough for us to make it to Ray Price Ford. The service representative took our information and had the car checked quickly, which it showed a nail in the tire. The tire was not in stock and he had to call his tire manufacturer to have it delivered. It was supposed to arrive at 1:30pm but wasn’t delivered till around 3:30pm. As soon as it arrived, he got the mechanic to work on our car and get the job done quickly. At the time of paying, he only charged us for the tire and not the labor due to the delay in the delivery of the tire. I really wasn’t expecting that and our family really appreciated his hard. He was sincere and saved us money, which is always a blessing in this economy. Thank you for being so caring and understanding our situation.
