We had some work done of our 2015 EOS, and they always wash the car before returning it. The car wash knocked a small cover plate off the passenger side of the car. Robin was the best person to deal with. They ordered a new plate, had to paint it, and it took them about 3 hours to install the cover plate. There was never a question about cost. They covered it. Our thanks for them being a great business to work with.

All these other five star reviews are well earned. VW of St. Augustine has a great range of inventory and our salesman, Darrick, was an expert about all the features and trim differences. We had a pretty well defined budget—Oliver, the sales manager, and Jer in Finance helped us figure out how to get as close as possible to that number.
