Where to start. First off i'm a GSM at a GMC dealership in Massachusetts. I was searching for a specific toy that I wanted to buy as a christmas gift for myself and Warwick Autopark had exactly what I was looking for. I called and spoke with James, who is a man of many hats there...GSM, Sales manager, Finance manager salesman....everything. From the moment he answered my call to the day the BMW was delivered to me the process was beyond smooth and the communications were second to none. This was a first for my buying a vehicle from a dealer other than myself let alone sight unseen. He sent me countless pictures and videos to really give me a great look at the vehicle and save me a 12 hour round trip to go and see it in person. When the vehicle was delivered it was just as clean as the pictures showed, everything that was told and promised was exactly as stated. James is an absolute asset to the store and his knowledge of vehicles and customer service is truly exceptional. Warwick Autopark, provide me with exceptional service. They provide me with detailed information about the Porsche 911, that I was interested in. They were willing to compromise with the price of the vehicle, it appeared they were bending over backwards to accommodate me with the purchase. I really appreciate everything.
