Carter was very friendly and helpful. Sent me videos of trucks I was looking at when the Website didn't have pictures yet. He was responsive, but not too pushy and was patient while I looked at several different options. Overall experience was good and would go there again. The actual negotiation and buying process had a few snags and took longer than I had hoped but nothing too bad.
I would highly recommend Nissan of Cumming dealership. I worked with Manuel Sean, and Kim and I could tell their approach to make me leave happy was genuine. 5 stars!
