This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! I typically dread car shopping. Courtney Miller is amazing! She made the entire experience so easy and actually enjoyable! Courtney went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and to walk me and my husband through the process of leasing for the first time. We got started right before closing but she stayed, was more than patient in answering our questions and even made sure I contacted her in the following few days to stop in so she could take the time to show me all if the details in the vehicle! Amazing experience with Courtney at Toyota!

I talked with Courtney for a day or two regarding the available cars. I talked with other dealers. Finally, we decided to drive down to Bowling Green to look at a 2017 Touring 4 Prius. As this was Courtney’s day off, she had Chris meet with us. The car was cleaned up and ready to drive home if we decided to buy. The price and trade in value could not be beat. We bought it on the spot. We have enjoyed our new car.

I called Kevin Grey salesperson at Toyota of Bowling Green, KY, Told him what I was looking for and the options I wanted. He communicated through text and telephone until he found what I was looking for. Color, options and price range. I took my trade in the next day and was given what I felt was a more than fair price for my trade. We worked out some details and traded in just a few minutes. Kevin was instrumental through the complete process. We agreed on a time to pick up the 4 runner, when I arrived it was detailed and ready. The business office was prepared and had papers ready to explain and sign. I have dealt with Toyota of Bowling Green for a few years and have always been treated fairly.
