I have bought two brand new cadillac from this dealership. I RECENTLY reached out to inquire about purchasing yet another new cadillac and lady said she would look at inventory based on what options I was looking for, no one had the decency to get back to me to follow through. Service is very poor- SIX weeks out for appointments, owned car less than 3 months, no loaners, no follow-up, service people very rude, sorry I bought from this dealer- been buying Cadillacs for 35 years, never had such terrible service

James Griffin, the sales manager, and our salesman, Dan Loehfelm, went above and beyond to provide our family with a quality used vehicle. They took time to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and with honesty. We were greatly impressed at the attention to detail that was put into every aspect when preparing our vehicle; it truly looked amazing! Our overall buying experience was open and professional and we would certainly make the trip from Rochester, NY again when in need for another vehicle.

Had a great experience purchasing a 2008 Cadillac dts platinum. Sales staff was very helpful as was their finance guy.

We just purchased a new Cadillac CT6. The dealer personnel treated us well throughout the process. The trade value and rebates were faif and what was expected. Car was ready when promised.
