They don’t even deserve a star. Trash dealership. They take a deposit and Shan’t is a liar. Told my husband and I our refund would be issued between 2-4 days. It’s been 5 and when my husband called 5 business days later still no refund. When my husband called tonight the representative Natalia was unhelpful in escalating this. Told us next Monday it would be issued this time. Who knows. We have filed a complaint with New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs. Scam artists at its finest. Avoid at all costs.

Have been calling them for 2 months regarding my registration and warranty. Everyone I have worked with is apparently no longer with the company. No one returns my calls. My 2nd temp plate is about to expire and check engine light came on the car and no warranty to date. AMIR was the worst of all. Started the deal - passed me on to the next salesman who in turn left. Tried reaching out to Amir again and dodged my calls for 4 weeks. I finally got through to someone to hear that Amir was gone and they would relay my message to the Owner. Filing a formal complaint.

If I could give this dealer a negative number I would. This is by far the worst dealer in the state. Stay far away. I bought a car over two months ago my temp plate is expired and they won’t do anything to get this fixed. They sold this vehicle without a title and can’t get it. My temp expired 4 weeks ago and Amir will not do anything but lie. He even blocked me from calling him. I am now getting an attorney to take this dealer down! Even my financial company I’m thru can’t get them to give the title. So I’m m stuck with a car and bat has no title or registered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! SCAMMERS

WARNING: READ BEFORE BUYING Highly suggest reading all the reviews about Venture Motor Cars before buying your car here... everything that people say is true. They sold us a car and when we got home the check engine light came on — our mechanic could tell that it had come on a few weeks before: Venture Motor Cars had cleared the code in order to sell the car and it ended up being a very expensive emissions fix. When we called, I spoke to Amir, the manager, and he at first said they would reimburse us but then after that it became impossible to get him on the phone again. It has been over a month and he won't call back — I've tried constantly to call and get the same thing — "Amir will call you right back he's with a customer" — then nothing. If you want to buy a car with your hard-earned money go to a place that has the decency to treat you right.

Amir is a Scammer he’s Evil Dog liar God will punish him for the rest of his life, I was there looking for a vehicle but upon arrival I wasn’t sure if I wanted to buy it Amir came and convinced me haven and Earth it’s a good car he assured me if I take this Honda Pilot 2007 and I’m not happy I should return it for my refund. 02/10/24 I left with the Honda Pilot and had my Mechanic checked on 02/11/24 the next day first thing in the morning I brought the car back because mechanic said there was a oil leaking somewhere, Amir the Devil refused to refund my money back and changed the paper work to read Vehicle sold as it is.
