We’ve never enjoyed the car buying process more than we did with Kenny! He’s fully knowledgeable about the vehicles and buying process, but more than that, he’s fun and genuinely enjoyable to just hang with. He’s a fantastic human and he IS why we bought our Mini(s)
Buying from BMW of Wichita was the best car buying experience I have EVER had. It’s not even close.(and I’m 52 yrs old, so I’ve bought a few). Kenny from the MINI department helped me, even though I was buying a pre-owned BMW and I definately recommend him. They have fair one point of contact is fantastic. At other dealerships it’s super common that everything changes when you talk to the sales manager. Not so here. No haggle, no fuss, unbelievably easy experience (& if you DO have to wait, the top of the line massage chairs help)! Kenny was not only knowledgeable, and unbelievably helpful, but just great to do business with. He even called me personally with updates on his day off. Our family is kinda… a lot… and my kids absolutely loved him too, so it can be a nice family experience. One of their third party repair partners had damaged the glove box while fixing something else. We only saw this on the day I was scheduled to pick it up. Kenny ordered the part and assured me they would contact me to bring the vehicle in to make that right, and they DID follow up promptly. Not all dealerships DO follow up, once you’ve left the lot. Cannot recommend both this dealership and Kenny highly enough. He’s got my business as long as he’s in the business.
Best service I think I’ve ever gotten from a dealership. I would 100% use them again!
