What Others Say

If there were a 0 stars option I would choose that one. Buying process was ok. I bought a year ago. Service department is the worst I have ever seen. No communication whatsoever and they have had my rv there for over 3 months. If you’re considering buying an Alrstream there, BUY ELSEWHERE. I promise you’ll regret it if you buy one here.

I bought a Winnebago Travato from this dealership and they offered a good fair price, and an excellent walkthrough of the new rig. A couple warranty items needed to be addressed later and they were not the quickest with service, but they did a good job on the work they did.

My parents worked very hard to get to a point where they could purchase a new RV. It's the one thing they've been passionate about as long as I can remember. They finally get one and it's a lemon. Their 2018 Forest River Georgetown has literally spent more time in the shop than it has on the road. They have had to cancel four planned trips. And now a trip that they have saved for years to go on with their friends is in danger because "Reliable" (get the oxymoron?) can't seem to get parts in to fix this brand new RV they just sold them. What's worse is that they won't even lift a finger to try to help them trade out of it.
