The warranty recall took longer The warranty recall took longer than expected. It was supposed to be about an hour when it actually took about 2 hours
Other than a little bit of communication with in-house, everything was wonderful, they made sure I had a rental and something to drive, and they were very friendly. My car is working nicely.
Above-and-beyond service from David. Love my new 2025 Chevy Trax! Wonderful experience at this location. I travelled an hour and half and they kept the doors open after hours to ensure I got into this vehicle.

The whole experience was seamless. I made an appointment with Madison to drop off the vehicle at 8:30 the following morning. We did. She called me back within a couple of hours with a diagnosis, and got the process started to repair the vehicle. She let me know when there were updates, and we had the vehicle back and repaired in a couple of weeks.
