Went to Hill Country Honda for an oil change on January 23, 2026. Drove in and was assisted within 5 minutes. Was kept informed on the process of the work being provided on my HRV. Was sent information on phone. Was given a complete report of the needs of my vehicle and I was able to decide which work to be completed. Alann Macias was a great representative. He was very helpful and saw the whole process complete. Thank you all of the people involved, you are professionals!
