When I had a problem with the car after I purchased it, they went above and beyond my expectations to fix it for me. Will definitely buy another car from them.

This is the second car we purchased from this CarMax. It was a pleasant experience both times. The first time in 2020 we financed through CarMax, so that process took an hour or longer and was the longest part of the trip. This time we brought our own financing and each “reserved” a car we had researched on their app to test drive. The cars were cleared of snow and preheated and ready for our test drive when we arrived. There was a salesman assigned to us and we had a very good experience with him.

The guy that sold me that car was pretty cool name is Sean great at his job but only sk much he has control over fast forward the first car I got from them lasted 2 hrs the the engine light came on and wouldn’t go over 30mph so I brought it back the second car just didn’t have enough room for me and my kids so I brought it back they say we have 10 days to decide I decided I didn’t want that one fast forward again I had them order a new vehicle nothings wrong with it but the manager was upset or something that I kept bringing cars back he charged me an extra 300$ talking about I smoked in the car when I didn’t so now I’m out an extra 300 bucks

Great experience, very informative and quick and easy setup to look at the vehicle, test drive and make a decision on purchase. Pickup was set as express and I was in and out within 30 minutes.

They remembered my preferences, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The entire buying process was efficient, comfortable, and completely pressure-free. Although the first vehicle I purchased turned out not to be the right fit, the return process was seamless. I was able to select another vehicle from a different CarMax location, and the transfer was both reasonably priced and prompt. Once the vehicle arrived, the paperwork was completed quickly, and I was able to drive away in under an hour. I truly appreciate the professionalism and teamwork demonstrated by the staff, and I am very satisfied with how straightforward and stress-free the entire experience was. I absolutely love my car!
