Very professional carmax location. Our visit was positive and everyone we dealt with was on point.

Only criticism was that the salesman Chris delayed the closing of our purchase unnecessarily long and for our inconvenience promised us a dinner gift which we never received. Otherwise it was okay.

The two sales people, Jon and Camden were great to work with. My only complaint with CarMax is their inflexibility and it almost cost them a sale. I live out of state and I couldn’t get to Boise to purchase the car within the short timeframe they were willing to hold the car for me even though I offered to pay for it in full in advance. Jon helped me work around that restrictive policy and I got the. I would give the 2 sales people 5 Stars and the Boise dealership 2 stars.

We were in and out in less than 2 hours. No having to go see the manager 7 times to get a price. Our salesperson, Hayley was awesome as our salesperson. She was knowledgeable and made the process easy.

Our experience was excellent working with the Boise carmax folks. Everyone was helpful and attentive. Most importantly all of the transactions and business for trading, selling, and purchasing was extremely timely which was a breath of fresh air in auto deals.

I co-signed for a purchase of a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid a year ago. It was for my daughter. The car test drove and seemed to be in excellent condition. The car however over the last year has had something wrong with it every other month and was a constant problem. We expressed our complaints and problems and requested that we may return the car and be given a different car that is reliable. To my pleasant surprise, Carmax fulfilled our request. They bought back the Hyundai Sonata Hybrid and gave us back our down payment and even paid for expenses for $254 of mechanical work. It was a Christmas miracle. In all my years of car dealing experience I would be very surprised if you could find another dealer that would have done that. Thank you Carmax.
